Scope and Contents The minutes series consists of bound volumes contain agendas, minutes and supplementary materials from February 1939 through December 1989. A second set of loose minutes in file folders has been compiled from various transfers of BHE minutes. The contents of the bound volumes and the folders are not necessarily identical.
